I went into Walgreens to shop. I was in an aisle speaking to a walgreens employee about a product. The Pharmacist yelled to the lady that was helping me, and asked her to tell the cashier in the front to stop sending people back there to cash out their items. As a customer I really disliked that. The person in the front maybe had to many people and could not handle all of them, so to help customers get out in a timely fashion the front older cashier told some customers they can cash out at pharmacy. The pharmacy was not busy at all either. My husband is in management at General Motors if we can not get cashed out in a timely fashion what are we giving you are business for? Word of mouth goes a long way. The pharmacist was wrong. He should not have said that in front of me. A customer.
